A committed Cell Leader
I don't have a full time job. My days are occupied with children stuff, family and church. I spend a lot of time thinking about my cell group members. I do a lot of things to encourage them to draw closer to God, in any way I can. Before Fridays Cell Group meetings, I think about how to facilitate the discussion, I think about what message I want to impart on my members. Recently, I will do up a nice picture of a Bible verse and I include practical ways on how we can apply that verse in our daily lives. I constantly thinking about how can I bring the cell group to go towards the calling God has for them. And I do many more... Am I more committed compared to other Cell group leaders who only conduct cell group meetings, and check in on the members by text once in a while, because they have a full time job, and therefore can't have the time to do the things that I do?
