  Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities,  for there is no authority except that which God has established.  The authorities that exist have been established by God.                                                                                             ~ Romans 13:13 What if the governing authority is not exactly good? What if they are corrupt? What if they pass a law or rules that goes against God's commands?  For example, the governing authority bans Christianity.
